Wow! Thank goodness we had the lucky opportunity to stumble upon Clair. It was complete luck and meant to be, apparently. Toronto is a very, very tough rental market. We required a very specific and highly sought after neighbourhood (beaches), 3 bedrooms (rare condo unit size), within a certain budget. 2 other, rather apathetic local realtors we chatted with basically told us it would be impossible, or nearly impossible to satisfy our search, but we believed it would be possible.
