Hey, I’m Clair Balkowski, the heart behind CB REAL — a Toronto-based real estate brand built on authenticity, creativity, and care.

As someone who’s moved more than 10 times across the GTA, I know firsthand how deeply personal a home journey can be. From Aurora to Oakville, downtown condos to East End semis, I’ve lived it all — and that lived experience shapes the way I guide my clients today.

With a background in interior design and set design, I bring more than market knowledge: I bring an eye for possibility. Whether it’s helping first-time buyers step confidently into ownership, staging and selling a family home, or strategizing an investment property, I combine design-driven insight with real estate expertise to make the process clear, empowering, and (dare I say) enjoyable. When I’m not negotiating deals or mapping out the Toronto market, you’ll find me living in the East End with my partner Andrea, dreaming up another design projects, and finishing up the project I have been working on for the past two years up in Muskoka!
